Tools for Change

 

RAMP-UP is the basis for continued work that will explore the challenges and barriers that face women in the industry.

 

Using the research findings Women in Mining Canada will work with industry stakeholders to develop tools, resources  and employer guides to improve the status of women in mining. 

 

The goal of these programs is to increase the attraction, retention and promotion of women for the long-term viability of the minerals exploration and mining industry.
